AP Moller-Maersk (Maersk) has completed acquisition of Hong Kong-based LF Logistics, for US$3. billion. LF Logistics, which will be rebranded as Maersk, operates omnichannel fulfilment services, e-commerce, and inland transport in the Asia-Pacific region.
