CEVA Logistics has strengthened its presence in Turkey with the 100% acquisition of domestic logistics operator, Borusan Lojistik. The US$383 million transaction has received all regulatory approvals.
In addition to logistics activities from Borusan Lojistik, CEVA gains control of foreign subsidiaries, as well as the eTA and Bukoli subsidiaries in Turkey. The Borusan Port activities under the former Borusan Lojistik’s brand remain with Borusan Holding.
