Hapag completes DAL buy

Hapag-Lloyd has completed its acquisition of the container liner business of German carrier Deutsche Afrika-Linien (DAL). If follows signing of a framework agreement in March and the transaction had been approved by all antitrust authorities. Full commercial integration is expected to be completed by the end of 2022.
