Brake deal to speed wind turbine deployment

Deugro Germany has signed an agreement with J Müller, operator of the German North Sea port of Brake to handle and store wind turbine components. The port offers transshipment capabilities, storage areas, and specialized equipment for handling complex breakbulk cargo, including heavy lift quays, cranes, extensive laydown areas, and customized exit routes for trucks. Draft is 11.90 meters and berth capacity is available for vessels up to 275 meters long. [+]
