DHL buys in the Baltics

DHL has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Venipak Group, one of the largest independent parcel operators in the Baltics, subject to regulatory approvals. Venipak, which operates around 800 parcel lockers and a pick-up point network, will become part of DHL eCommerce, a division of DHL Group.
