Ship Canal takes the strain

Esprit Warehousing and Docks Trafford Park terminal in Manchester handled another large shipment on 19-20 September from Europe via the Manchester Ship Canal. The 3,500 tonne MV Scot Ranger was carrying four large silos destined for a Manchester factory. Unloading was managed by Trafford Park company Speedrite before making the final leg of the journey under police escort.
