Etihad Cargo has signed a Memorandum of Understanding African all-cargo carrier Astral Aviation to enhance cooperation on the Abu Dhabi/Nairobi route and extend the Middle Eastern carrier’s reach into the African market. Additional services will be added to the route from 1 April.
It follows the earlier signing in 2021 of a service level agreement between the two carriers for the transport of pharmaceuticals across the continent.
