Europa Worldwide Group has acquired some of the trade and assets of fulfilment and warehouse management service, Menzies Response for an undisclosed sum.
It has purchased Menzies’ warehouse in Rushden Northamptonshire and its contact centre in Ashford, Kent from Menzies Distribution, to strengthen its Europa Warehouse division, which already has facilities in Dartford, Birmingham and Northampton.
