FedEx launches green fuel trial

FedEx Express Europe has started trials of hydrotreated vegetable oil (HVO) renewable diesel in five of its trucks in the UK.  It follows the launch of the fuel in heavyweight, long-distance vehicles in the Netherlands, as a more environmentally favourable alternative to fossil fuels.
