Green light for short-sea merger

The Office of Fair Trade has approved Unifeeder’s acquisition of fellow short-sea and feeder operator Feederlink , which will become effective from mid December. The two carriers plan to cooperate on services between the UK east coast and Rotterdam, Hamburg and Bremerhaven.
