Harrell to head UPS forwarding in Europe

UPS has named Michael Harrell as president of freight forwarding for UPS Europe. A US national, he will be responsible for the strategy, performance and revenue growth of the company's freight forwarding services across Europe, reporting to president of UPS Europe, Nando Cesarone,.
