Germans capture a corner of West Lancashire

Garbe Industrial Real Estate has acquired a site of nearly 49,000sq m in Skelmersdale, north-east of Liverpool, earmarked for the development of a 23,000sq m logistics centre. The site lies within sight of the M58 motorway with the slip road entrance practically next door and it is minutes away from Junction 26 of the M6.
