Geodis to buy Singapore’s Keppel Logistics

Geodis has signed an agreement to acquire Keppel Logistics to boost its contract logistics and eCommerce fulfilment footprint in Asia-Pacific. Based in Singapore, Keppel Logistics has almost 500 employees and owns over 200,000sq m of warehouse space in Singapore, Malaysia and Australia.
