Geodis set to buy French FTL firm

French-owned forwarding and logistics company Geodis has concluded an agreement to acquire full truckload operator, Malherbe, subject to completion of regulatory formalities.  It would put Geodis among the top three players in the French market for full and less than full truckloads, with combined revenue of €2 billion.
