Transport and logistics services provider Geodis has opened a sorting centre in Schoten, near Antwerp, and a new office at Liege airport to reinforce its e-commerce footprint in Europe. The new 6,300sq m Schoten sorting centre will handle 100 to 150 express trucks per day and process up to 20,000 parcels, operating 24 hours a day.
