Global Critical Logistics (GCL) - owner of the Rock-it Global entertainment logistics brand - has acquired Madrid, Spain-based forwarder Asesores de Flete (ADF), itself a provider of services to the sector. ADF will be integrated under GCL’s Rock-it Global brand.
GCL said it would solidify Rock-it Global’s existing presence in Latin America and the Spanish-speaking world.
ADF will continue to be led by founder and managing director Carlos Arauz Sanchez.
