The Port of London Authority (PLA) has appointed three new non-executive directors – P&O Ferries chief executive, Helen Deeble, WS Atkins group human resources director, Alun Griffiths and chairman of the American Shipping Company ASA and Store Norske Kulkompani, Annette Malm Justad.
