Xpediator buys Southampton’s Import Services

Following its acquisition of Anglia Forwarding on 4 June, Xpediator says it plans to buy Southampton-based Import Services Limited (ISL) for about £12 million. The acquisition which will add about 40,000sq m to Xpediator’s portfolio and will complement the Group’s operations in Felixstowe.
