Secretary general of the International Port Community Systems Association (IPCSA) Richard Morton has passed away at the age of 50.
Born in Suffolk in the UK, Richard Morton spent his early career working in European freight and then joined the private-public sector Haven Gateway Partnership as project director where he secured and led its participation in European Interreg projects including Portnet, Port Integration and Dryport.
