KN set to buy Spain’s TDN

Kuehne+Nagel has entered into an agreement to acquire Spain’s TDN (Transporte y Distribución Nacional) to strengthen its European groupage network. TDN has over 600 employees and handled more than one million shipments in 2024. It oiperates 45 terminals and a fleet of over 700 vehicles with over 200 daily routes serving all of Spain, the Balearics, the Canaries and Portugal.
