Copenhagen-based time-critical logistics specialist DANX Carousel has acquired German-based in-night logistics, repair, and field services specialist LPR Group.
LPR offers country-wide services including night and day-time express services, emergency logistics, and returns management, as well as warehousing and on-site servicing, including installation, maintenance, and replacement of consumable materials, and on-site repairs. Founded in 1988, it has 500 employees, including 200 service engineers working in the field, supported by a repair centre.
