TNT chief to quit

TNT Express chief executive Marie-Christine Lombard is to leave the company by the end of September to pursue an alternative career. Chief financial officer Bernard Bot will take over as interim CEO after her departure. The takeover of TNT by UPS would not be affected and would be completed by early 2013, the Dutch company added.  [+]
