New deal boosts Asia-Nordic rail

Finnish-based Nurminen Logistics has signed a letter of intent with forwarder NTEX and ferry operator Stena to offer container block train services between Asia and Northern-Europe. The three companies, who already have an existing cooperation, will use Nurminen’s Nordic hubs in the ports of Helsinki and Kotka during the first quarter of 2022 and offer FCL and LCL services by rail between China and Asia and Sweden and Norway.
