CMA CGM to merge MacAndrews and OPDR

CMA CGM Group is to merge its MacAndrews and OPDR short sea subsidiaries into a single company, based in Hamburg, from 1 January. The combined company, which will be branded  MacAndrews will have a presence in 16 countries, 36 agencies, 595 employees (310 from OPDR  and 285 from MacAndrews), operating 18 services.
