Developer Panattoni has acquired a site at Horizon 120 Business Park in Braintree, Essex. Panattoni Park Braintree will include 575,000sq ft of industrial and logistics space, just over 15 minutes from London Stansted Airport and under an hour from the M25, Port of Felixstowe, and London Gateway.
