Port of Rotterdam Authority, Necron Group and PTP Group are to develop 38 hectares in Europoort as part the ongoing development of the Rotterdam Food Hub.
The development includes a new quay wall, warehouses and terminal facilities and a self-contained energy supply.
The Port Authority is constructing a quay wall over 500 metres long along with a breakwater.
