The Rhenus Group has agreed to buy 100% of the shares of the operating companies in the Malcolm Total Logistics Group in New Zealand. The company, founded in 1985 and headquartered in Auckland, offers services including air and sea freight, 3PL contract warehouse and customs brokerage.
