Aid flights help Robin Hood freight figures

Robin Hood Airport Doncaster Sheffield says its cargo traffic has increased 112% to 945 tonnes thanks to a series of Ebola aid flights in November and December to Sierra Leone. The flights, operated by Air Cargo Global for the Department for International Development, included beds, mattresses and medical supplies for five field hospitals with seven B747-400s operating from the airport between October and December.
