Rula to start work on Tees logistics hub

Rula Developments has secured planning consent for 775,000sq ft of industrial and logistics accommodation at the 54-acre Teeslink site in Stockton-on-Tees.  Detailed planning consent has been granted to allow delivery of initial infrastructure works including a new access road and services and oOutline consent is also granted for warehousing and ancillary space.
