Stena to acquire Sweden-Finland ferry operator

Stena Line has acquired NLC Ferry ‘s Wasaline ferry service, which operates between Umeå in Sweden and Vaasa in Finland. The company is jointly owned by the two cities through Kvarken Link, which in turn owns NLC Ferry which operates as Wasaline.
