CMA CGM sells port stake

Container shipping line CMA CGM has agreed to sell its 49% of its share of its Terminal Link subsidiary to China Merchants Holdings (International) Company for €400 million. Terminal Link has a network of 15 terminals on key international shipping routeand provides stevedoring, storage and other container-handling activities to the world’s largest shipping lines. It is the 12th largest such operator in the world with 8.1m teu handled in 2011. [+]
