Green light for freight insurance deal

UK P&I Club and TT Club say their joint offer to acquire insurer Thomas Miller Holdings has received over 89% acceptance. The sale is expected to complete in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approval, which is currently in progress. Two members of TMH Bidco, the special-purpose vehicle jointly established by the two clubs to facilitate the deal  will join the Thomas Miller Holdings Board.  [+]
