ISS Palumbo UK, part of maritime services provider Inchcape Shipping Services has acquired project freight forwarder Union Transport, based in Newcastle. ISS Palumbo said the move will enhance its project freight forwarding and integrated logistics services to its customers, who include ENI, SAIPEM and Air Products.
