Woodland buys Sweden’s WBS Nordic

Essex forwarding and logistics company Woodland Group has acquired Sweden-based WBS Nordic, following the part-acquisition of WBS UK by Woodland in September 2021. WBS Nordic has been owned by Dag and Anna Hannerz since 2010 and specialises in the print and publishing industry across the Nordic region.
