Tangier terminal for M&M

German forwarder Militzer & Münch has opened a new 10,000sq m customs terminal in Tangier, Morocco to meet rising demand in the region. It is located on the border of Tanger Free Zone, about 60 kilometers from Tanger Med Port, served by 30 ports in 20 countries.

Chief executive Dr Lothar Thoma says the region is booming, especially in the automotive and aircraft sector.

The new terminal offers a covered area of 5,000sq m and offers faster customs clearance. M&M has itsr own bonded warehouse with a designated area for import and export customs clearance and M&M’s Spedimex Tanger customs clearance affiliate is also located at the site.

M&M has been in Morocco for 30 years and also has two branches in the Casablanca region and a liaison office at Tanger Med Port.
