Transport Overseas opens US arm

German-headquartered Transport Overseas Group (TO Group) has set up a Transport Overseas Shipping (Americas) arm in Cleveland, Ohio and has acquired Allround Forwarding Midwest. The new location will be a strategic hub for North America Services for sea and air freight, project and breakbulk logistics, and ro ro transport. The group will also act as a shipping agency for Saudi based tanker operator, Bahri Line.
