UCC learning online

The European Commission’s Taxation & Customs Union department and a pool of customs experts have developed an eLearning programme for the Union Customs Code (UCC), aimed at customs officers and economic operators.

The programme will consist of a series of level 1 overview, level 2 – fundamental knowledge and procedures for each specific customs domain – and, in level 3, more expert knowledge and practical applications on specific topics, including the use of IT systems.

Level 1 and Level 2 are in development – level 3 is still to be defined.
