Uniserve owner buys short sea carrier Viasea

Norwegian shortsea line Viasea has been sold by its owners ColliCare Holding to Ellerman City Liners, a subsidiary of GB Global, which also owns Uniserve Group. Founded in 2016 Viasea operates routes including Immingham to Norway, Netherlands, Poland, and Lithuania. It also operates connecting rail services to Poland, Hungary and Romania.
