UPS makes online purchase

UPS has acquired Kiala, a Brussels-based consumer online-delivery firm, for an undisclosed sum. Launched in 2001, it currently operates in Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Spain. It has developed a platform that enables e-commerce retailers to offer their shoppers the option of having goods delivered to a convenient retail location.
