UPS overturns beard ban

[ November 11, 2020   //   ]

UPS is relaxing its ban on facial hair in its latest employee guidelines, reports the BBC. The parcels giant now allows public facing employees to sport facial hair like beards and moustaches as long as they are worn in a business-like manner and do not create safety concerns.

It said the new guidelines would “celebrate diversity rather than corporate restrictions”.
