Visibility firm extends rail and barge options

The project44 visibility platform has acquired Synfioo, a Potsdam-based provider of rail freight and barge data in Europe. It offers comprehensive visibility of over 99% of all cargo rail movements across European countries and IoT-enabled rail tracking. It also offers accurate visibility of vital inland waterway segments across Europe.  Including sophisticated water depth modelling and inland waterway data sources to enable carriers to assess load capacity and avoid delays.
