[ February 10, 2014 // Chris ]No, not a picture of Heathrow during the recent dismal British weather but the arrival of Emirates’ inaugural flight to Taipei, where it was greeted by the obligatory water-canon salute. Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport became the Middle East’s latest destination served from its Dubai hub on 10 February. The service will be operated by a Boeing 777-300ER.
