Wincanton completes European sale

Wincanton said on 9 January that it had completed the sale of its mainland European operations and would now concentrate on its operations in the UK and Ireland. The logistics firm added that it had successfully concluded the £260 million refinancing of its existing bank facility, which was due to expire in November 2012.
