Woodland Sport sponsors golf star

The Woodland Sport arm of Essex-based forwarder Woodland Group has signed a sponsorship agreement with rising pro golf star Chloe Rogers to act in an ambassador role for 2016. Chloe Rogers is currently best known for her international hockey career, capped 162 times for the England and Great Britain women’s hockey teams and she won an Olympic Bronze Medal at London 2012.
Woodland Group provide financial and logistical support as she embarks on her professional career in 2016. She will provide strategic advice and guidance to Woodland Sport as they further expand their unique logistics solution into the golf retail sector.
Speaking at the announcement, Deborah Smith, Head of Woodland Sport said,” “We are delighted to announce this exciting partnership and to be supporting Chloe on her journey for 2016. She has had an incredible sporting career to date and we have no doubt that she will have even more success in 2016. It also reinforces our commitment to the golf sector as a strategically important sector that we are looking to develop in 2016”.   
Chloe Rogers said, “Without the support of a company such as Woodland Sport, these ambitions would not be possible. They are a company that share my values in terms of passion, honesty and integrity and I am really looking forward to working with them in the future.”
