XPO makes apprentices pledge

With National Apprenticeship Week getting under way today (14 March), XPO Logistics – which recently acquired Norbert Dentressangle – has announced plans to recruit at least 120 apprentices in the UK this year.

Since first launching its apprenticeship programme in 2013, XPO Logistics has recruited over 270 apprentices across 60 sites in the UK. The company makes jobs available to all apprentices upon successful completion of the programme.

XPO Logistics offers, in addition to core apprenticeships in warehousing, transport and HGV driving, the company accepts apprentices in HR, finance, technology, customer service, facility operations and maintenance.
