Yusen looks east

Yusen Logistics’s Russian arm has set a far east branch in Nakhodka. It will respond to growing demand for logistics services in an area of strategic importance linking Eurasia and the Asia Pacific region. It breaks new ground for Yusen Logistics which was previously concentrated in the west of Russia Located in Nakhodka, the second largest port city in maritime region in Russia, the new branch is about three hours’ drive from Vladivostok Airport. Nearby Vostochny port has links to the Trans-Siberian Railway.

The Far East Branch will provide a variety of logistics solutions, including ocean freight forwarding of automotive parts and consumer goods, distribution to Russian inland areas and CIS countries using the Trans-Siberian Railway, and import and export customs clearance.
