Freightliner intermodal ‘up for sale’

Freightliner owner Genesee and Wyoming is reported to be considering selling off the UK intermodal arm. According to press reports chief executive Tim Shoveller said in a memo to the company staff that there was "interest" in the business. Sale of the intermodal company would still leave Freightliner Heavy Haul and subsidiaries in Poland and the Netherlands in the hands of the US company. [+]

Nordic Transport recruits Germany chief
