The curriculum also covers Etihad Cargo operating standards, product and service framework, safety and compliance
aligned with international regulations, and industry-certified programmes developed in partnership with accredited institutions.
Through a structured programme of foundation courses, podcasts, masterclasses, and executive education programmes such as a miniMBA, the Excellence Hub awards users with accredited certifications upon the successful completion of each learning path. There is a points-based leaderboard and LinkedIn badges that celebrate user progression. Complimentary access is extended to university students.
AI-enabled learning delivers personalised feedback and real-time analytics to track performance. A mobile-first design ensures that this support is accessible from any location, at any time.
Etihad Airways chief cargo officerStanislas Brun, commented: “As the first logistics training academy established by an airline, it represents a significant step forward in how we approach knowledge, capability, and service quality across our global network.
