Lars Hedderich, managing director of independent European shipping terminal operator Eurogate's Intermodal arm is to step down at the end of the year. The move comes as part of a change process, which aims to permanently reduce the leading group's personnel and material costs by €84 million. His place will be taken by Christopher Beplat who, will take over sole management of the subsidiary.
