[ October 7, 2013   //   ]

Rail freight operator Freightliner also answered the call to move containers for the Midlands unloaded from the Zim Rotterdam from the new London Gateway port import containers destined for the Hams Hall terminal in the Midlands. A Freightliner train arrived at the port at 10am on 30 September, to load boxes discharged from the fire-damaged container ship and were delivered to customers early the following day.

Some boxes from the ship, which was damaged by fire in the Suez canal, have already been moved by DB Schenker.
